With more than 600 fully serviced RV and motorhome sites—lake views, wooded trails and everything in between—spread over 300 acres, we offer a relaxed, family-owned resort experience with the finest campground amenities.
Enjoy the convenience of full RV hookups, Wi-Fi zones, firepits, three heated pools, splash pads, a snack bar, a general store and laundry facilities. Our seasonal residents also enjoy access to complimentary use of sports gear, and our four-legged friends love our fenced-in, free-run dog playground.
We care for Highland Pines like home because it is our home—and has been for more than a century. Jesse and Nolan Vallery are the third generation of our family to operate Highland Pines, and we’re honoured to welcome countless families who trust us with their summers.

Lakeside
Recreation on the water
Steps from the water, Lakeside offers easy access to the beach, marina, forest trails and sports courts. The oldest section of our park, it will charm you with mature pine trees and spectacular Lake Belwood views. This area is close to heated pools and features beautifully maintained grounds, making it a favourite for those who want a vibrant, active resort experience.

Nestled along the Irvine River, Riverside offers tranquil, tree-lined RV sites with a laid-back pace. It’s close to hiking trails with access to protected wetlands, fishing spots and scenic lookouts—ideal for campers who appreciate natural beauty and a strong sense of community. Riverside also includes our fenced-in, free-run dog playground.

Valley Springs
Fun for the whole family
A family favourite, Valley Springs offers some of the largest, best-equipped seasonal sites in Ontario. Located near the splash pad, snack bar, playground and open green spaces, Valley Springs also features an events pavilion that hosts summer concerts. With nearby laundry and service buildings—and a heated swimming pool—life’s comforts are always within reach.
